delicious baked dish with Orin yeah
filled Orin so nice so delicious but so
so easy to make first of all you can see
I just grew some morein this is the last
two I have not for long it’s just a sof

oven so you can see they’re not too
thick but don’t forget when they
actually cook they will actually flaty
down they will become a little bit
smalla you can roll it you can fill
anywhere you like it but this particular
one is called involtino little pasos of
pasta here this is what actually go
inside is a spaghetti actually this is
leftover spaghetti of yesterday which I
toss in a little tomato sauce I put some
Parmesan when actually they’re lovely
and cold I can actually fill the OES but
also I have some mozzarella my
mozzarella bit cheese will do okay Basel
is nice it cost tomato sauce but you can
see I actually agre all I didn’t use any
oil at all I just slice it and put them
on a gridle so I crisscross and then use
a fork please instead use a Tong just a
little bit not much you know you roll it
up ready to
eat now you’re going to go straight in
the middle you can see how easy there
are you all put them inside now I have a
lovely mozzarella I said you don’t have
a mozzarella it’s just Parmesan cheese
you don’t have a Parmesan just any
cheese will do it just a little slice of
a mozzarella just put them on top nice
bit of buzzle buzzle move it up I put it
two of those so you close in one side
then you close the other side then the
other side and the other one and you
turn upside down and you going lovely
puzzles filled with spaghetti but you
can put a meat inside if you like it
anything goes you fancy to put them
inside rice will working as well this is
so versatile it’s incredible again then
you close one you close the other one

upside down the reason why you turn
upside down because if I put them up
this way they probably will open but
when I put it down and bake it like that
they stay like that
I close it I got one left you know what
I still going to fill it little bit less
of a mozzarella because I’m going to put
more mozzarella on top that’s good again
I’m going to use extra buzzle with this
one and look how simple it is right now
it’s done let me show you how we’re
going to bake it
right I done some lovely tomato sauce
which I just use the garlic tomato and
bzel nothing else so got nice big dish
I’m going to start it with last bit of
tomato sauce underne so going to start
to put them all
inside
Fantastical beautiful okay and that’s
done and remember the last one are is
well let’s put them on the side then you
get more tomato just put them on
top okay let me clear a little bit the
tables let’s put them on top here which
I can see much better so I will start to
put some Parmesan on side just a lot of
parmesans then I will start to use
mozzarella again few slice of a
mozzarella on each one you will put a
slice of a mozzarella oh now we don’t
airplane as well I think they want to
come to eat here today I just I try to
say janaro oh we going to come to see

I’m talking about anyway so again Little
Slice then I we use a bread crumb let’s
use some buzzle as well little buzzle
which will give the lovely flavor of an
Mediterranean dish some breadcrumb which
I made this breadcrumb so easy I’ll put
in that kind of a mly
fantastic now I’m going to cover with
skin foil put them in the oven for about
30 minutes to 35 minutes temperature 200
C and then the last 5 minutes I’m going
to remove the foil and going to have
little lovely and
crispy let’s put them in the oven
now

I would put the mozzarella( the one inside) on the bottom so that it would come to the top after it is turned over it would melt through the spaghetti

The food i cook improved so much watching Gennaro i made a restaurant. Hes not only a great cook, he has such energy and specially such a great sense of humor! Im thankfull for the opportunity of watching him and learning from him. This recipe reminded me of hes "silver fish parcels" recipe from 9 years ago, which i made and its delicious!
