Any idea what’s up with my black mama outside of needing water? Haven’t encountered this before

Did you dust them with something? I can’t tell what the white specks all over them are.

Agreed with both of Rama’s suggestions…..zooming in it looks like oedema (which can be fixed with a fan) and sun scald (which can be fixed by raising your lights)

It’s difficult to even see what you mean under that purple light.
Do I interpret correctly that the parts of the big leaf facing the top edge of the photo are discolored and thin? If so, has the plant gotten any direct sun from that direction? That would be sun scald. Nothing to do about it now, the plant will recover. To prevent any new damage, you should harden the plant off before exposing it to direct sunlight.
