On the left I smoked, cooked ground beef and sausage with taco seasoning, a layer of salsa and a layer of fryed onion and peppers.

The left is smoke cream cheese with a lime\chipotle bbq seasoning.

Added the cream cheese on top of the left tray and smoked for thirty min, topped with shredded cheese and brought the heat up.

8/10 would make the meat layer thinner next time.
