i'm 25F. SW: 193.6, CW: 138.8, GW: 135 lbs
so when i started my journey i decided i wouldn't give up anything i love, just eat in moderation. bc honestly my diet was always fine i just ate TOO much. mix that with PCOS and u have a disaster.
so one of the things i've always loved is my dunkin iced coffee. i get an iced mocha coffee w cream. cannot go without it. so i limit it ONLY to my two days off a week hahah so you can see it featured here! of course i fit it into my deficit though
i also had frozen peaches with 0% yogurt and honey for breakfast! my dad got me on the frozen fruit and yogurt thing. i heat the fruit up for about 30 seconds in the microwave then add the yogurt and it's amazing.
for lunch i did an egg white scramble on toast with mozzarella cheese, goat cheese, green onion, spinach, kimchi, and sriracha! it's usually my go to low cal lunch if i have a big dinner planned bc it's super filling:)
then i had quest chips and some tomatoes as a snack. i eat tomatoes every single day. just straight up. i swear i could eat an entire container in one go if i didn't stop myself. it's like popcorn to me for real.
for dinner i did ground turkey meat seasoned with cumin, chili powder , onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and ground pepper. i added it to low carb whole wheat tortillas with 14g of shredded cheddar cheese. then i added 132 g of red kidney beans. then i added green pepper and red onion with the same seasoning as the turkey. then i added some white rice to it and made ""tacos"" with some salsa on top:)
on days when i work i have the same exact breakfast and lunch and only rly change up my dinners so on my days off i try to have fun with it hahaha
anyways i've been enjoying posting my meals here lately so i thought one of these would be fun for my day off as well
the whole day is about 1400 calories 🙂
