I did tweak it a bit – added dill, and peas (sacrilege, I know!). Used Kite Hill Greek yogurt and a bit of Trader Joe’s cream cheese vs sour cream. Next time will add extra shrooms and onion and skip the soy curls. Didn’t hate ‘em. Just liked the veg better!
