    On a serious note, I have now learned that when using chickpea flour for making Burmese tofu, you should incorporate the water a bit at a time to ensure a better consistency, which I didn’t do here. I’ll try that next time 💪

    I tried to make this once and the smell was horrid. I do not know what i did wrong, but I couldn’t bring myself to taste it. Yours looks great though!
