I'm starting on my journey to feeling good and comfortable again today. I've "tried" several times over the past year or so with limited success. Prior I hadn't been ready to really commit to a change but I really think I'm finally ready. So it starts with meal prep today. I have the week planned and back up plans just in case. Goal is 1400-1600 a day.

Beef, Potato, & Queso Burrito from Zach Coen topped with 2 tbsp Sour Cream & Salsa
