Grilled bacon, tomato, and cheese melt+

Italian country white with lots of Kerrygold salted butter and spread inside with a homemade bacon pineapple hatch chile sauce. I used Fontina, Gouda, and American cheese, bacon, tomato, and finished with hot honey after it spent a few minutes in the toaster oven to make sure it was all melty and gooey. Honestly, this was one of the tastiest sandwiches I’ve made, especially if you are a fan of sweet, savory, spicy, like I am!
