    It depends by the region: friarielli (Napoli), cime di rapa (Puglia), broccoletti (Roma),…
    My preferred way is steamed, then pan fried with garlic and chilli pepper, as a side for grilled sausages. Or as seasoning for pasta (mezze maniche).
