I was looking forward to my usual delivery yesterday (Monday). I came home to no package, which is not typical as it tends to show up between 11am – 3pm. Then I saw that UPS isn't even putting it out for delivery until the next day (Tuesday).
I called customer service & they gave me a partial refund, said to call back if any damage to the box.

I’ve had it happen a few times, also had some delivered close to 9pm. It’s frustrating when you plan around having it there.
