Been really sick the last few days. Spent yesterday and today mostly eating oranges, apples, berries, and carrot juice. Feeling a bit better so I Whipped up this hearty bowl of lentils stewed lentils with lots of veggies, jasmine rice, cauliflower with pumpkin seeds, wilted spinach, 1/2 and avocado. Feeling nourished now 💚
