I just found this youtube video from hellofreshUS from 5 years ago. Immediately noticed the chicken breasts look much larger, and the video even calls for 12oz of chicken. They also use 4 pieces of prosciutto to cover each of the chicken breasts.
I just ordered this meal last week. The chicken recipe card called for 10oz of chicken (I only received 8.0oz after draining and removing from the package) and only was given 2 pieces of prosciutto to wrap each piece of chicken.
I know everywhere is doing this and shrinkflation isn’t new, but it’s still annoying. Especially when the smaller portions they’re now giving are lighter than advertised most of the time.
