First time grilling Dino’s.

Let me know your thoughts. Would have liked to go slower but they were on for 5.5 hours at 275-300 indirect heat – had to spike the heat up towards the end because wife and kids wanted to eat earlier than they would have been ready. Next time will plan ahead for a longer cook time. 30 minute rest.
