this is how you make air fried Filipino
barbecue M obviously charcoal is still
King but this is pretty good fresh
garlic some rough chop banana ketchup
soy sauce calamansi juice we can also
use lemon juice I’ll forgive you one can
of
sprite brown sugar black pepper koser
salt and mix it well now you can use
this marinade with any protein pork
chicken beef you know anything you want
all right I got this pork shoulder cut
it thin and with a marinade and we’re
going to marinate this overnight I’m
just going to skewer it nice and tightly
if you skewer like this the meat ends up
juicier so I suggest you doing this I
would love to grill this over charcoal
but unfortunately it’s still too cold
outside so I’m just going to air fry
them I’m just going to make a quick
glaze of using the marinade to get the
recipe and my personal tips on making
delicious marinades and sauces like this

  1. Good stuff, would be nice if an editor would’ve directed you to add timing for the cooking, but I guess the goal is to get more traffic to either the tasty app or to the website.

  2. ppl commenting “eww, weird, id never” on food and recipes from SEA you’ve never tried before, you’re a loser racist and contributing harm to the world!

  3. theyre now outsourcing all of their content, firing their video and writing teams, not linking or promoting the original creators, and doesn’t post full recipes. what’s the point anymore?

  4. Calamansi…..JUICE? Now the juice of a calamansi is just "calamansi". Calamansi juice is filipino lemonade and is the juice, sugar, and water. So which you wanting us to use?
