This creamy mushrooms gnocchi is so easy to make and simply delicious!
Ingredients for 4-6 servings
– 1 shallot
– 8oz sliced portobello mushrooms
– 5 Tbsp olive oil (evoo)
– 1 Tbsp butter ( I use Kerry gold salted butter)
– 1 tsp minced garlic
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 tsp kosher salt
– 1 Tbsp chopped fresh Italian parsley
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 2 cups milk
– 1/2 cup grated parmigiano reggiano
– 1/2 lemon
– 2-2.2 lb gnocchi (usually 2 packs)

tablespoons of olive oil at medium high

minced garlic sauté them about 2 to 3
minutes while that’s cooking let’s dice
8 oz of PTO Bello sliced with mushroom
add the mushrooms into the pan add 2
tbspoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of
butter season the mushrooms with half
teaspoon of black pepper and half
teaspoon of ker salt sauté the mushroom
and shallot about 7 to 10 minutes while
the mushroom is cooking chop some
Italian parsley 2 cups of heavy cream
and 2 cups of milk into the pan and
simmer the sauce about 5 to 10 minutes
until it gets bubbly
while the sausage simmering gr some
paragan
regano okay that looks good and let’s
cut some lemon lemon is the special
ingredient for this creamy
Yuki half cup of Parmesan ra going into
the sauce and let’s add 2 lb of Nuki
Nuki takes about 2 to 3 minutes to cook
that’s it let’s sprinkle some Italian
parsley and enjoy this delicious creamy
