it’s a Greek lasagna but better we’re
making butu one medium onion 2 lb brown

Greek oregano 3/4 cup chardonay Reds
tanic three 28 Oz can add the tomatoes
and a little water seasoning layers
bring it up to a boil reduce to a simmer
now we make the bamal 3/4 cup unsed
butter 3/4 cup PE flour CH cup whole
milk Plus Salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon and
freshly grated nutmeg bring it up to a
gentle bubble reduce it to medium low
and let it cook out the raw flour flavor
10 minutes Capo gravier it’s a Greek
sheep’s milk cheese three cups
constantly whisk until thicken about 5
minutes one pound
