So good! This was a lot of food so I was able to have leftovers for the next day. The Bombay Potatoes was a packaged meal by Tasty Bites. I always put it on a bed of rice or quinoa. I added edamame and chickpeas as well as a mix of frozen veggies. The rice had butter, pink Himalayan salt and minced garlic.
