TODAY’S RECIPE IS Pineapple Upside Down Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
Brown sugar 1/2 cup
Melted butter 1/4 cup
9 inch mould
Spread evenly
Pineapple slices
Cheery
Keep aside
Sugar 1/2 cup
Curd/Yogurt 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Flour/Maida 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 5 tbsp
Pineapple essence 1/2 tsp
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on low to medium flame
For 30-40 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30-40 mins

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

  1. Tried it …overall it was a tasty thing but It wasnt taste like sponge cake more like pan cake …and the quantity of brown sugar is very much because my cake was dipped in it. ..half the amount of given in recipie would work ..

  4. I made it and it turned out perfect! I didn't have metal stand so I put salt on the pot and 2 covers below then put in the pan with the cake. It took 2 hours though but it turned out amazing
