I watered these 2 about 5 days ago, the soil is still very damp, and the leaves are wilting. They are inside plants (for now) under a grow light, consistent temperatures and a fan that i turn on and off intermittently throughout the day. Will they make it through this, or can I take the soil out from around the root and stem and replace it with a fresh batch of mixed soil? They are pot bound.

I guess I’m confused by 1) how courageous you are for putting them directly on a wood floor and 2) if they’re that damp what’s up with drainage?
Theyll be fine! I just recently posted this… I’m using the same pot it looks like. Mine have 3 holes cut out on the edges and that’s it. When the plant got big the roots prevented some drainage, but worked out in my favor because I would forget to water her for long periods.

They sure don’t look overwatered to me.
