what’s up guys time making a jalapeno popper stuffed mushrooms let’s get it first we going to start off with some cream cheese I’m using green chilies instead of jalapenos just some bacon green onions some cheddar cheese a little bit of seasoning you’re going to mix that good you’re going to remove the stems of your mushrooms and then stuff your mushroom caps I’m running my Rambler today indirect at 300° for about 40 minutes then I’m going to add some shredded cheddar cheese going to open the vents all the way let this get really hot till the cheese gets nice and melted you’re going to pull these off top them off some bacon and chopped jibes enjoy
