Sorry, you can’t have any of the sauce or crumble….
The desert was good, but the plate was like a ceramic crinkled piece of paper. Anything that fell in the crevices of the plate, you couldn’t eat. (Michelin rated restaurant)

I know they have sanitizing washers and high pressure sprayers but it still feels gross that there’s so many places for food to hide when it’s time to clean this.

I don’t know what this is but it looks like something that fell onto the sidewalk.
You say it was a dessert (I’m assuming you really didn’t mean “desert”) then if it was really yummy (and expensive in a Michelin rated restaurant), I would have licked the good stuff in the crevices with a look that said……”You deserve this for putting this dessert on that shitty piece of ceramic.”
