[Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] hear that oh what’s going on everybody Welcome to ifb B AMA I don’t know about you guys but dayto day sometimes I have a little bit of a craving I don’t know about you guys but I really crave that crunchiness the salt it’s just so different from what I have in my daily diet we know it’s not really the best thing right I mean chips personally I don’t think they’re the worst thing you could snack on although it becomes very very easy to consume a large quantity the serving size for this chips are seven chips who do you know that’s going to eat seven chips and then close up the bag and walk away not me I wanted to share with you guys something that you may find interesting helpful enjoyable this is something that I like to do going to make some homemade popcorn we’re going to prepare it using Bacon Fat you know growing up we’ve been led to believe oh that’s that’s that’s bad that’s poison that’s going to clog your arteries I’m going to be honest I don’t really believe that it is delicious it has got this Smoky flavor and when you cook the corn kernels in it oh it’s absolutely delicious hit it with some salt you got a nice snack let’s talk nutritional facts I’ll use 3 tablespoon of corn kernels which is 2 oz uh which is 40 G of carbohydrates minus 12 G of fiber let’s call that 30 G of carb just to round up that’s 120 calories if we use a tablespo of bacon fat it’s probably around 120 calories also so 240 all in for me it makes more popcorn than I’m going to consume in a serving so I could pretty much consume half of that 120 calories not a whole lot not a whole lot of carbs not a whole lot of fat not a whole lot of anything I’m not saying it’s uh nutritionally valuable there’s no protein in it or anything like that the tendency to overc consume this versus the tendency to overc consume this is much less and this is warm it’s Smoky salty crunchy absolutely delicious guys I’m going to go enjoy this hope you found this maybe a little helpful little entertaining your taste buds are probably watering right now I’m sorry we slap I’m dropping all over the floor I’ll catch you guys next time adios
