I didnt eat my box the week it arrived. It’s been 2-3 weeks in the fridge now, not even sure. (the box says tofu expired on April 29) Are these ingredients still ood to be used when i buy new meat? The brown package is jerky marinade.

As long as the sauces were in the fridge they should be fine. Just smell them when you open and if they smell bad don’t use it. Don’t be afraid to get creative with seasonings or sauces you already have if you need to.

They’d still be good. Just like a packet of ketchup or tartar from takeout will still be good. I think the usual accepted time frame for condiments is 12 months.
