Hi all, I have been growing these pepper plants (ghost pepper, jalapeno, cowhorn, banana pepper) for about 2 months now. When I bought them as babies, they looked ok, but now pretty much all the top leaves have curled in all of the plants. What could be the issue? Is it likely due to overwatering/ disease/ pests/ malnutrition? How to treat them?
FYI, I water them once a every day/two days and these are sitting in my patio. They get direct bright light until noon and indirect light for the rest of the day. I add fertilizer (miracle grow plant food) diluted in water as per the instructions every two weeks.
Thank you!

They look good to me.
Thrips.
Hmm I did Ghost as well, double solo cup, temp 23° C at 32 days and nothing on 12 cups, how long they take?? My Cayenne n Hot Yellow Waz popped up on 3rd week
My guess is **overwatering**, see the first two notes in [this site](https://peppergeek.com/?s=water) from Pepper Geek, maybe it helps you, it did for me.
Mines are the same (even worse with the new tiny leaves), I watered them every 2/3 days, I stopped because of this, and they are good even after 5 days (The place where I have them has poor drainage.).
One thing that I have learn after reading about Peppers is that ***underwatering is better than overwatering***, you can water them if they need it and they will ask for it, but you can’t do anything if you are overwatering them except watch. Besides, underwatering them make the plant stress and that make the peppers [hotter](https://peppergeek.com/grow-hotter-peppers/).
curled new growth, mites
Thrip or mites get some beneficial bugs.
You’re not supposed to stick them up your butt until the peppers grow.
