hey guys I’m Hilah welcome to Hilah cooking so I got a couple things to apologize for numero uno no the episode last week which is really lame that’s the first time that’s ever happened but see what happened was the camera fell off the ferris wheel and then a bunch of other crappy crap happened and so also I look pretty terrible I didn’t realize this and but I’m under extreme emotional duress if you all know what I’m saying so bear with me and tell me I’m pretty and tell me that you’re going to love me forever and I will make you Monte Cristo sandwiches okay so the deal is with this Monte Cristo sandwich is it’s like a ham and cheese sandwich then you dip it in an egg and fight like french toast you know what I’m saying it’s crazy so I got some white bread and some ham and Swiss cheese and eggs and milk and well I guess it’s half-and-half who’s countin and some mayonnaise so the first thing to do I guess is man I’m just organized the first thing to do is just make the sandwich part so let’s do that part put some a nice on there or if you don’t like mayonnaise you could use butter or mustard but I love mayonnaise care who knows it okay so then how we’re going to do this so it all kind of sticks together is you put one piece of cheese on each side and then it’s going to be like cheese glue tit ow we’re halfway there okay so then we got an egg and I don’t know a couple tablespoons or that much whatever that was and and then kind of beat it up real good this is all nice and frothy and evenly colored and for anything there was a crayon color in the box of 64 when I was a kid that was actually exactly the color I really like that color okay so I’m gonna just dip this lightly in here and I’m using a pretty firm bread because I don’t want it to get like all sobbed out and but okay so cool awesome just let that kind of like sit in like marinate for a second while I heat up my skillets so I’m gonna put like tablespoon of butter in here kind of like juice it around and I’m gonna fry this puppy up okay turn that down to like medium low want to make sure that all cheese gets melted before the outside gets too Brown okay so like so and it probably be like four minutes on each side and then we’ll have we could ask sandwiches oh sweet it’s been like four minutes exactly and I flip it over carefully and then left us for another four minutes or so so this is totally done dudes exactly four minutes on each side just like I said wizard okay I’m gonna eat it all right cool I’m gonna cut it into little cute dainty little triangles and then I’m going to put it in my face look at that so adorable well that’s embarrassing that’s just cute as can be okay hold on and I don’t you really fast okay so that’s how you make them on a crystal sandwich and it’s very delicious um sometimes people put powdered sugar or jelly on it but I like it just regular Oh like that and so but go check out Facebook on Facebook page facebook.com slash Hilah cooking and I’m like it up give me some thumbs up guys because though it really trip me up and then plus you get to hear about some super awesome stuff that’s mainly coming up and the next couple of months or so and also maybe some super bogus stuff you didn’t even want to know about me but I’m going to tell you anyway cuz we’re friends
