Gorgeus, but not a lot for OMAD. Do you think it is wnough for you?

I wish people would stop posting their disordered eating nonsense here.

Looks like an awesome breakfast but absolutely not a sustainable portion size for OMAD if daily.

I am constantly mistaking this sub for r/shittyveganfoodporn these days. Now it’s become r/1200isplentyvegan or whatever that disordered eating sub is as well.

Uh, how much protein do you get in a day?

Update: In this picture there are 4 large buttery vegan pancakes with potatoes & tofu scramble. Plus pancake syrup & an ice cold mason jar of almond milk. All together is 1900 calories lol I’m good for the remainder of the day.

If you eat three meals a day, knock yourselves out 🤘🏽

this looks like a delicious meal and I’m so happy you cook yummy stuff for yourself!!! but if you’re seriously doing the dangerous 1 meal a day thing, I highly recommend hiring a dietician to at least make sure you’re getting all your vitamins and minerals in your meal. bc while this meal looks so scrumptious and tasty, you’re missing most of your vital nutrients so it’s absolutely not okay as a once a day meal.

That syrup ain’t vegan-friendly, just fyi.

What did you use to season the tofu scramble?? Looks delicious!

Looks like a good breakfast, using this as your “main meal” for OMAD is not enough to is sustain you nutritionally speaking. This is roughly 400ish calories, adding raw fruit and veg and watermelon juice cut with coconut water adds roughly something like 200ish Cals give or take as raw fruit and veg are quite low in Cals

I totally get plant based diets are quite filling but sometimes you need to eat when you’re not exactly famished when plant based

OP, don’t listen to these people. I’d struggle to finish that it two settings.
