Quite a good day of eating within my 1700 cals budget, I thought. More eggs than usual but I didn't plan in advance. I try to use mostly whole foods (hello ice-cream) and use olive oil.
Breakfast: Pumpkin seed bread with guacamole. Fried eggs with bacon, tomatoes and baby spinach. Raw cucumber, and 1.5% milk in coffee.
Lunch: Shakshuka with 3 eggs, onion, chili pepper and crushed tomatoes. And unconventionally some more baby spinach that needed to go.
Dinner: Steak with raw veggies. Had enough of cooking by then, otherwise that would have been a proper salad or maybe a beef and broccoli stir-fry.
Snack: Strawberries with Halo Top ice-cream.
