grilled teriyaki chicken wings we’re going to start off with a whole wing and break it down into the drum and the flat get it in a mixing bowl hit it with some olive oil salt garlic powder pepper smoked paprika toss it and then a little cornstarch for the extra crisp toss that as well get it in the fridge for about 20 minutes and then now we’re gonna get our coals ready get that mesquite wood on there and we’re going at 375 until these babies are nice and crispy about 25 minutes in we’re flipping them and making our sauce this right here teriyaki sauce is absolutely money you can find the whole recipe for this on my website link in the bio and let me tell you it is definitely the truth those wings were pulling at 175 getting them in a large mixing bowl and we’re going to sauce and toss those babies get them on a plate for serving and let me tell you they look absolutely amazing that’s how you break a flat down and eat that baby enjoy check it out

  2. I’ve grilled plenty of wings in my day….I used to do it just like this video and turn each individual wing. Not anymore LOL…..I said the hell with that, and put them on skewers when I do it now. Six wings per skewer, flip all six with one turn of the wrist. 👍🏻
