

I’m still new to experimenting with canned fish. First time having Season Grilled Mackerel. I decided to broil it in my air fryer with squeeze of lime juice, garlic powder and S&P. Put on toasted Ezekiel bread with kewpie mayo.
Had a mild taste and good texture. Didn’t feel a bone. Since they held shape i just put on the toast but I might make a cold tuna salad type concoction next.
(Photo looks like skin but it was just dark meat side up)
