I like spicy caramel corn but I don’t want it to carry the flavor of the pepper. Just the heat.

Pop the popcorn in oil with chili extract / tincture. Then coat it in caramel.

I found this on Amazon.

This seems to fit the bill. Pure hot. No flavor. Maybe 1 drop per batch of popcorn and work my way up.

Has anyone tried it ?

    Funny. I got a 9M sauce just sitting in my cabinet. With the seal on top. I ain’t gonna touch it. It’s for decoration.
