I don’t exercise much outside of work. I work about 4-5 days a week, and usually have an average of ~11k steps every work day. I don’t have a Fitbit and my phone isn’t with me all the time so sometimes the numbers just aren’t accurate as to how much I do walk
When calculating my TDEE, it asks for how many days you exercise. I’ve been putting that I exercise 1-2 days a week, but only because I’m not sure if my walking counts? Some days I go up to over 20k in just my 8hour shift so im just not sure lol!!!
Any and all advice is appreciated :)!

Most people suggest picking sedentary. Some say that steps at work don’t count.
What you could do is use your sedentary TDEE and see if you lose weight quickly, and if so, up your calorie intake.
If your average is >10k steps I would choose “lightly active”.
Lightly!
