I don’t know who doesn’t love a good buffalo chicken dip I sure do but I needed to make it a little healthier have a little bit more protein so I did exactly that I took the breast meat off a rotisserie chicken and I had 15 oz of meat I added a half a cup of Frank wing sauce I love this a heaping tablespoon of ranch seasoning and then 3 oz of cream cheese I liked this one better than the like lowfat one because it’s just more simple ingredients one cup of cottage cheese that we’re going to blend up and hindsight I should have waited and put the Frank spring sauce with it cuz I had a little trouble blending it and run I promise it’s good then two servings of this lower fat Mexican blint cheese or you could use cheddar give everything a good mix I was honestly already impressed with how creamy this was I did taste it I put a little more ranch seasoning some garlic powder onion powder and papa then I transferred all of this to my baking dish and topped it with two more servings of that same cheese then I’m going to pop this in a preheated 350 F oven for about 30 minutes until nice and melted at the very end I like to add some chopped green onion

How is this low calorie or healthier ?, it's cottage cheese. cream cheese, shredded cheese and ranch mix. This is not low calorie or healther. Well it looks good. Not sure anyway that you can make dip low cal or healthier. It's Dip. 🙄. Try low cal chicken enchilada casserole, substitute rice with whole head of cauliflower , then layer in casserole dish, cauliflower then shredded chicken , shredded Mexican cheese and canned green enchilada sauce, makes 2 layes then in the oven at 325° for 20 min. I got this off tiktok and its great. Hint- press all water out of cauliflower before you layer.
