oh man this looks delicious man oh no I gotta I got to take a picture of this [Music] woo woo hot sauce looks good and hot sauce they say white and hot yeah I’ll take it little more that’s good right [Music] there my name is John Agosto owner of dinino Inc it’s a screen printing shop here in the Bronx we do apparel for small business owner schools um nonprofit organization You Name It We that’s all we do we focus on apparel we do not embroidery no DTF none of that strictly screen printing but here in the Bronx we are also known for the classes here we give classes at least twice a month and it’s very different than all the other classes they give here in the city usually when you go and take a class and it says an introduction to screen printing you’re only going to be introduced to what screen printing does that’s all you’re going to go through and you know you might at the end print something but here at dinino Inc is a whole different thing man it’s a one onone there is no 10 students five students no it’s a one onone for two days for about good six hours each day and you’re going to come out of here learning and knowing Screen Printing and while you’re here it’s a blastz we’re going to be eating there’s some food that we’re going to be having some drinks and that’s why Dino ink here in the Bronx is known for is for the classes so many people come from other states just to come and take this class so if you ever interested in the class just hit me up man okay so right now I’m hungry and we’re going to go to this um Hala food truck that I seen is on Betha Park and I’m dying to taste that because really I haven’t have no Hala food uh gyro I never had a gyro I never had you know the plates that they do so it’s going to be my first time tasting this type of dish I’m going to get two dishes are going to get a gyro and another plate I think whatever they have they I know theyed only do chicken and lamb but I want to plate of that and I want to go taste it so right now I’m hungry let’s get out of here [Music] [Music] all right I’m here around the truck the jaii Hala Express now they have over here all the chicken over rice lamb over rice chicken and lamb mix Falafel over rice all these but the mix gyro thinking about which one I’m going to get but most likely I’m going to get the J chicken and lamb mix [Music] that’s your food okay I’m making you food oh okay you want to mix yeah mhm look at that meat there look at the rice and then the D everybody talking about the rice [Music] that’s yours on the white sauce and the white sauce woo hot sauce that looks good and hot sauce they say white and hotely hot yeah I’ll take it that’s good right there that’s used to a py dry the dry room now lettuce and tomatoes lettuce tomatoes the whole thing that [Music] mix yeah mhm oh lamb which one you only lamb only lamb white sauce [Music] hot sauce a little bit y that’s it that’s [Music] it uhhuh all right we got the food right here we’re about to go to the shop and go taste let me tell you they were very kind very um professional the food smoke delicious plus I got to come next week because they order um some shirts for the truck so you get you it’s a win-win situation man later all right so I’m right here in my print shop this is my little backyard this is where I going to be doing some little cooking show you some recipes but this is the gyro let’s see and here is the whole or chicken lamb rice lettuce and tomato on a thing let me just open it up m i could just smell this I only I’m only two blocks away from this looks delicious and a little bit of white wine man come on fellas just enjoy your day man okay here’s the some of the yellow rice look at that that looks beautiful some of the yellow rice chicken and the lamb let me taste this oh man this is so delicious let me tell you this is it this over here this is a plate that yellow rice M it’s a little spicy cuz I added a little more hot sauce woo but let me tell you man the white sauce with the spice when they blend it together there’s nothing like it it gets it another taste but oh man this is this is delicious oh now I understand why on YouTube this is this Hala food is viral I was like hey I don’t know it’s just yellow rice and L and chicken but that white sauce oh my God it is amazing man let me now put this in the let me put this beautiful dish right here let me see if it focus it if it focuses let me just put this rice in the side and this is what I really want to taste it’s the gyro has the same thing white sauce sauce um hot sauce in it and there goes the gyro right here this is the gyro right here it has the white sauce everything looks so delicious oh man look at that look at that steam coming out oh man let me take a little bite of this M thato oh my god thato with the white sauce hot sauce tomato lettuce tomato and the lamb and I haven’t it been it been many many years is that I tasted a lamb but this and yell a rice with it oh my God this is freaking delicious oh no oh me and my lady we’re going to eat this tonight watch she some Housewives of New York but this go to Bea Park and Jerome right in the corner there’s going to be the Habibi Hala Express food truck they’ve been there for 15 years and they are amazing I A friend of mine hooked me up to he said go to that truck man there the Hala food is on the on the money and he
