As is typical, wasn’t quite “quick” for me, but it was super tasty! I think it wouldn’t be too hard to make in bulk and freeze portions of the salsa and beans to make a truly easy weekend breakfast.
These recipes look pretty similar to the ones I’ve developed over the years. I use de arbol Chiles for tons of heat, and apple cider vinegar instead of lime.
