I’ve found the key (for me at least) is cooking veggies in the flavours/left over butter from the protein and finding a favourite seasoning. I’m using a 0 calorie Italian seasoning on all of my vegtables lately and it has made it much more enjoyable. Hope this helps someone who is struggling with lower calorie meal inspo.
