Hi LA Reddit Family:
As some might be aware, Google News is blocking certain California publications from their Google News Search results due to a new bill being championed that would require Google and other outlets to pay local news companies. This said, I would like to provide a link to my community newsletter, CuratedLA, with today’s edition: https://www.curatedla.xyz/p/moanday-la
For those interested publishers or creators, I would love to review any content that you might have to backlink. The newsletter publishes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6am (soon to be 5:30am with sunrise times) and does not require any subscriptions, nor is paywalled.
CuratedLA provides the latest LA culture, news, events, happenings and eats. The platform is a good-vibe platform that refrains from political opinions or morbidity. We are also a non-competing outlet, a term that I am using to simply say that we share all relevant content from all sources, submitted to us or found ourselves, as long as it is appropriate; community.
CuratedLA has been up for over a year now and I appreciate this Subreddit in particular for helping us grow. Thank you. It means the world.
If there is anything that I can do for any content creators out here, especially with the new limitations that Google has set, please let me know via email, as posted on the website.
I hope that everyone has a great week ahead. -Wyatt
