Instead of lettuce I used sprouts. On one side of the bread I gave it a nice layer of cream cheese schmear. Still used some mayo on the other slice. Rubbed the sourdough down with garlic and toasted it in a skillet with butter for the inside side. This was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten.

I had a colleague that always put spouts on sandwiches and he let me have half one day and I fell in love! Great crunch and yummy.

Man, that looks fucking good. Tomatoes aren’t quite in season yet where I live, I’m jealous.
