    4 yeast cubes=100grm of yeast for 32kilos flour..
    this is not pizza ..maybe its cake

  2. Un consiglio quando stagli fai prima a mettere il panetto direttamente nella cassetta in alto e poi inverti le cassette dall" alto verso il basso così di risparmi un passaggio e ti sbrighi prima
