What’s imitation about it? Sriracha is a type of condiment, not a brand name.

Nice pan you have there!

This brand is pretty OG. They’ve been using it at restaurants for a long time. One of the most delicious

I like it. A little more garlicky than Huy Fong, but it should be judged on its own merits.

That’s been my go to sriracha since the shortage. I like it better than Huy Fong

I haven’t tried that brand yet but after the 4 other brands I’ve tried, the OG takes the cake every time. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s the first one I had, got used to it, or if the QC is just on point there.

They had that at the university cafeteria. I never got used to it, so I brought my own.

Seriously, take 30 minutes and make your own. First time you make it, you will like it more than the store bought. From there you can refine it to your taste. Other than rest time to ferment it takes very little effort.
