Looks like a good spacing. You’re gonna need some stakes to tie them up ASAP or they’re gonna be all over each other in no time lol.

Looks pretty but not the most functional, need some trellis/bamboo or cages in there asap for support also before the roots grow out. You’ll risk damaging them later on.
Did you loosen the soil underneath? Tomatoes grow some pretty crazy root systems and that’s too many plants for that space
