Italian country white with Kerrygold butter and a homemade soy aioli inside, Muenster, fresh mozzarella, sautéed onions, sliced homemade pork and beef meatballs, and a drizzle of hot honey for fun. Grilled in a pan with a cover and then a few minutes in the oven to make sure it was all melted.
