Hi guys ! 😄

I’m kinda “new” in trying myself with steaming milk at home with my Delonghi Barista (equivalent to the popular Breville?).
I’ve being trying it for 2 years and I don’t seem to take it to the next level.. I’ve been watching some tutorials, felt confident, but results are more or less like in the video (not my best time in this video – which I always evaluate by the paint consistency and the pouring not too liquid or with big bubbles) ☕️

Questions :
– What did I do wrong once the wand inside the jug? Was the wand well placed?
– How can I make it better spin inside like a strong tornado? So that it can looks like paint at the end once hand spinning
– Was the milk inside the jug before enough or too much? (If there is any extra latte, it is anyway for my big dog)

My observations & comments :
– I surely let too much air at first inside because of the bubbles, but I don’t make it to foam that much otherwise.
– Plus when it’s closed to turning it off, I’m so unsure about the consistency of the milk (you could see by the pouring that it was still liquid, because I didn’t let the wand going long enough lower inside ?) and I go a bit up and down, which is stupid – I already knew it’s messed up at that moment.
– I know the machine isn’t as powerful as a barista, but I’m thinking the technique is faulty, because a barista would always make it anyway, right?

Anyway, you’re welcome to roast me so that I can learn 😂 especially by the pouring with one hand busy filming, but that’s not my point for now.

Any additional tips are welcome 🤗🥛
