I mean I’m from the uk and i still don’t track franks hot. The whole point is that you’re never really going to use enough sauce for it to be a substantial amount of cals.

~~I’m not sure if that’s accurate, the salt content doesn’t line up.~~
~~420mg of sodium per 15ml would be ~6.7 servings per 100g for like ~2800mg of sodium but it list 6.5g~~
my mistake, looks like the UK listing is using Salt not Sodium

Sounds like a quick way to get an eating disorder if you’re logging things like hot sauce and mustard. IDK that’s just me.
If I strain a little hard frowning one day I could probably burn those calories off

It only makes a (small) difference if you’re using a lot of it at once. Like a third of the bottle. And at that point you’d have bigger and spicier problems to worry about lol

100 grams of sauce is a shit ton of sauce, and it’s only 30 cal.
Any sauce or condiment listed at 0 cal is genuinely not worth tracking unless you’re trying to avoid things like sodium.

how many grams is 15ml? online sites say 15 ml are about 13.2 grams so if 100 g is 30 calories according to your UK calculator then how many calories would 13.2 grams? about 3.9?

Do you regularly eat 100g of hot sauce?
1 serving (15 mL) is roughly 4 calories. It’s not zero, but… it’s basically zero. Do a jumping jack and the calories are gone.

Reminder not to get nuts with counting.

People are confusing this wing sauce with Franks Red Hot. You would never use a half cup of red hot but the wing sauce is meant to replace the sauce you’d make with Frank’s and butter.
I have a absolutely used a half cup of this making buffalo chicken dip with cottage cheese for a low cal alternative. It’s not negligible!!
I have also tossed chicken nuggets or air fried wings in it, that’s why the serving size is so high.
