Baked apples are usually a dessert item, but the ingredients in this version posted on the Pointed Kitchen website has wholesome ingredients that make it fine for breakfast. Per the site this isn’t an ideal dish for meal prep. I had a restless night and was up at 5:00ish this morning; giving me plenty of time to make this super easy dish and get a workout in while it baked. It was delicious and it was a bit of aroma therapy because it smells so good while baking.
