hi welcome to RV kitchen today we’re making tomato basil soup we’re going to start by chopping up our onion our carrots our garlic and our basil heat up our pan add our olive oil our butter add our onions our carrots sauté them and then add our garlic our tomatoes and our basil combine with chicken broth salt and pepper and add a bay leaf Stir It Up mash it up and let it simmer add it to our blender Pate till it’s nice and smooth now we’re going to chop up more basil add it to our pan add some heavy cream give it a stir and get ready to serve drizzle a little more cream add some more basil and get ready to enjoy

  1. Glad you didnt add more salt. One thing though. Onions and garlic burn faster. So try starting with carrots cooking onions next an garlic last. I use a garl I c press so theres no big chunks of garlic. Whoops! I just caught the s& p. At the end .
