Here it is & the plan for tomorrow, short cut leg of lamb (bone-in), picked up 30% off 👍 – will do a rotisserie grill with smoking & a rosemary garlic marinade, while also serving with board sauce. Who else has grilled this cut or similar?

7.1 lbs, $ CAD. The butchery department thought BB MA 25 meant March & put it on 30% off. Still lots of prep work to do.

I do those for block parties. Sear it until the fat crisps up then indirect to 135°.
