Have never tried making a pizza on a grill before. But after a lot of research I made two this evening for the wife and I. Turned out great! I used the CS stones on the CS woo at the bottom and the ConvEGGtor upside down at the top. Ran about 500 degrees for 15 minutes.

Props for trying something new, but way overcomplicated. Plate setter legs down, stone right on top, pizza directly on stone. Pull with a good aluminum peel. Drop pie after pie, perfect crust and toppings every time. If the stone starts getting too hot, quick wipe down with a damp cotton cloth to cool.

    Looks good.

I use parchment paper, too, but take it out after 2 mins.

I just got pizza wedges, which are amazing!

Hope you had fun chowing down that pie!
