    IMO, It’s pretty rare to get “medium rare” correct at many restaurants

    It’s rare in the way that I’ve rarely seen someone fuck a steak up that bad.

    I grew up eating tree bark (steaks) and hockey pucks (burgers). It wasn’t until I went into the army that some guys set me right. Ever since, I have *zero* issues sending stuff back.

    Im a well done specialist and that would go straight to my husky…dogs inhale steak whether its moist or dry so it doesnt matter
