Esquites pasta ✨🌽
Roughly doubled the famous esquites recipe and mixed it with pasta!
(Penne that i then cut into thirds because we didn’t have any small pasta shapes at home)
We ate it fresh because I was so excited but the extra will be so much better tomorrow after sitting in the fridge
Does anyone else prefer their esquites cold? 🙋🏻♀️
