This Is a grill my dad made a few years back, and It works fine, but we only grilled individual ribs on direct heat before, and having learned about indirect heat only recently i was wandering if the method shown in this video was usable on It.
Should i put charcoal only on 1 side of the grill and the ribs on the other?
Should i close the lid or not during the process(It doesen't close complitly)?
Any advice would be welcome.
(Ignore how dirty It Is we clean It every time before using It)
